Batsy generates photorealistic AI photos of you in Halloween costumes from a selfie you provide. Results are synthetic images for entertainment.
We may refuse to process content that violates these rules.
You keep all rights to the selfies you upload and to the costume photos you generate. You are responsible for how you use them.
Batsy Pro is an auto-renewing subscription ($5.99/week; prices may vary by region) that includes 20 costume photos per week. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device Settings under Subscriptions. The 10-photo pack ($4.99) is a one-time consumable purchase and is not refundable through us; refund requests are handled by Apple.
Photo generation is subject to usage limits (the weekly subscription quota or purchased pack credits) to keep the service sustainable. Unused weekly quota does not carry over. Limits may change. If a generation fails, the consumed quota or credit is restored.
Batsy is a seasonal app. Costume packs and looks rotate over time, and some looks may be added, changed, or retired. A specific costume being available today is not a promise it will be available forever.
AI generation depends on third-party services and may occasionally be slow or unavailable. We may modify or discontinue features. We provide the app "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
